Why Rush Capital?

We are a boutique tax and accounting firm that loves working with entrepreneurs. We start all our engagements with a free in-depth Strategy Session to discuss your business in detail. We like to get to know how your business operates, what challenges you are facing and how you want the company to evolve. We take the necessary time to get to know you and your business so we may optimize the value we provide.

How is Rush Capital different?

Most accountants are very good at inputting the proper numbers in the proper spots and filing returns by the appropriate deadlines. They do a perfectly good job recording history based on the tax forms they are given. However, what do you really want from your tax professional? Do you just want to know how much you’ll owe? Or would you rather know how to pay less?

LET’S DISCUSS YOUR SITUATION

It’s easy. Choose an available time and date that works best for you.

OUR STORY

Rush Capital was created to improve the relationship that entrepreneurs and small business owners have with their company’s financials. Taxes are typically thought of as scary and many people dread the thought of even looking at numbers. However, they are a critical to running a successful business.

It doesn’t have to be such an intimidating and awful process. The tax code is stuffed with benefits for small business owners and details exactly what you need for backup. Taking the time to plan ahead and become educated on your scenario can be a lot of fun when you realize the savings involved.

Brian Rushalski is the firm’s founder and is an Enrolled Agent with over 9 years of experience preparing individual and business returns. Brian graduated from Monmouth University and enjoys being active in his spare time. He is also the owner of Belmar Beach Volleyball League.

What is an Enrolled Agent? Enrolled Agents (EAs) are federally-licensed tax practitioners who may represent taxpayers before the IRS when it comes to collections, audits and appeals. As authorized by the Department of Treasury’s Circular 230 regulations, EAs are granted unlimited practice rights to prepresent taxpayers before IRS and are authorized to advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and any entities with tax-reporting requirements. Enrolled agents are the only federally-licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.”
